  Fashion Strategies

Focus:

  Students will engage in historical research to answer the essential question:  How did various factors influence fashion and costume design during an historical time period and/or place?

Analyzes the physical, psychological, social and economic implications of clothing to understand the significant role it plays in people's lives.

Objective
Students will learn how a variety of factors has influenced fashions by conducting research online in order to design costumes for a period theatrical production.
