Before creating your individual slides:

Look at the information gathered by each group member. You should now notice that not all details were the same in every source.

Decide which individual group member will cover which information on his/her individual Power Point slide.
Make sure that all important or interesting details about your topic will be covered.
Eliminate repetition by making sure that each different slide will contain different details about your topic.
Decide which group members will prepare the introductory slide and the concluding slide.

After completing your individual slides:

Check to make sure that all group members have created their individual slides. Also make sure that information is not repeated from one slide to the next.

Check to make sure that there is an introductory slide and a concluding slide. If not, create it now.
View all of you Power Point slides in the Slide Sorter, and place them in the best arrangement possible for understanding your topic. Add transitions if needed.

Test your presentation before the actual presentation day.

Make adjustments as needed.
