Celebrating All of Us ...a joint project created by the parent of a Baltimore County elementary school student who happens to have Down syndrome, a Baltimore County Schools physical therapist and a Montgomery County elementary special educator. The project has compiled literature-based resources for parents and educators to use in an effort to build friendships and enhance the inclusion of young children with disabilities in their neighborhood schools and communities through similarities awareness. The goal is to ensure that classrooms, schools, teachers, communities, parents and children are, indeed, celebrating all of us!
