Team Task: Video Studio - Programming Recommendations
Purpose	TV studio facilities are available in the school however, in order to ensure effective use of these facilities, a plan for effective use of this powerful technology is needed.
Task	Team members will investigate and recommend TV studio programming ideas for instructional and informational purposes, organization and management of a student production team, and develop a staff development plan for teachers and production team. Some question to ask are as follows: What are unique uses of the TV studio facilities to support school goals, special programs, and foster communication among the school community? What staff development should be done to ensure that the school staff is knowledgeable of the amazing possibilities of this technology? How does the studio currently operate, e.g., who's in charge and how is it currently utilized within the school. What students have authentic opportunities to work in the TV studio? How are they managed?
