The Department of Fiscal Services within Business Services is dedicated to providing accurate financial information and quality customer service to employees, community members, and outside agencies.  Staff members strive to effectively and efficiently provide timely access to useful information.

Preparing, managing and monitoring the operating and capital budgets for BCPS
Preparing monthly financial status reports for the
Board of Education
Provides training, guidance, and support to both offices and schools in budget formulation and management.
