Advocates for Baltimore County School Music is an independent organization
established to promote music education in our county. We believe that
music is fundamental to a balanced educational program and is vital
to every child's development. Our goal is to ensure every child in
Baltimore County Public Schools a quality music education.
Be a music advocate in your school by sharing music related information
with parents and members of your community. We suggest putting articles
in parent newsletters and keeping in touch with school administrators
and political leaders to inform them of the value of a quality music
education program. Our organization will assist you in gathering information
and will offer guidance and support to help maintain and enhance the
music courses offered at your school. Together we can assure our children
of the best music education experiences possible.
