The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity supports the mission of Baltimore County Public Schools by ensuring compliance with federal, state and local statutes regarding EEO and fair employment practices.  The EEO Office investigates complaints or charges of discrimination and evaluates employee requests for reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
