Classic Arts Showcase
The spectrum of classic arts disciplines includes video samplings of
animation, architectural art, ballet, chamber and choral music, dance,
folk art, museum art, musical theater, opera, orchestral, recital,
solo instrumental, solo vocal, and theatrical performances, as well
as classic film and archival documentaries.
Colonial Williamsburg Field Trip:Travel to
and experience Colonial Williamsburg on a new “field trip” each
month. Trips this year include: A Publick Education, Soldier of Liberty,
The Industrious Tradesman, In Pursuit of Science, Chained to the Land,
Remember the Ladies, and The Rare Breeds.
Naptime With Sneaks
Geared towards children from birth – 4 years old, this Baltimore
County Public Library program includes the reading of age appropriate
stories accompanied by pictures, as well as child development segments
for parents.
NASA – 3….2….1…..
Lift Off! A variety of programs by the NASA Learning Network including
NASA Connect , NASA SCIence Files and the NASA Destination Tomorrow

The National Gallery of Art
A series of programs that foster an awareness of the visual arts featuring
artists and their works including the old masters, architecture, sculpture
and modern masterpieces..
Wilderness Video
Enjoy soothing images of cascading waterfalls, flowing rivers and spellbinding
videography throughout such places as Yellowstone National Park, Glacier
National Park, The Grand Canyon, Big Sur and Bryce, just to name a
few. Explore natural bridges, the majestic grandeur of glaciers, geysers,
lakes, waterfalls and lightning storms on this wilderness trek.
Workplace Essential Skills
This series is designed for pre-GED (6-8th grade reading level) adult
learners to help move them to GED-level work. It develops job search,
reading, writing, math and communication skills to help teach how to
find, keep and thrive in a job.
