The Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) is a part of the Offices of Career & Technology Education (CTE) and is responsible for providing a course in leadership education designed to improve the learner’s interpersonal skills by developing character, self-discipline, and responsible citizenship which will lead to better career opportunities and lifelong learning.
The Baltimore County JROTC Program is comprised of four different and distinct military services that makes up a total of eleven JROTC Programs:

| Marine Corps JROTC: | Chesapeake High School Franklin High School Milford Mill Academy Overlea High School Parkville High School |
