Memory orders under $1000 can now be placed by procurement card. Contact any one of the memory vendors below and give them the specifications of the machine(s) that need RAM. Vendors need to be contacted by the school or office for all orders over $1000 to secure the lowest bid price. The school or office would then cut a purchase order and send it to purchasing. Orders over $1000 could take four to six weeks to process.  Once the memory arrives, the school or office can call the Customer Support Center for assistance with installation, if necessary.

All memory vendors are required to include the cost of insurance, packaging, and standard delivery into the BCPS facility within their unit pricing. Shipping is “Standard Ground”. If expedited shipping is requested (Overnight/Second Day) those charges will be added to invoice.
