Customer Support CenterOutlook - Fix Outlook Domain Profile

The following instructions should be used to repair an Outlook profile that is not working properly for users that are joined to the BCPS Domain and running Windows XP. Users that are joined to the Domain will log into Windows with their email user name and password. Please note that you will NOT be asked for a password when opening up email because you have already provided that password to Windows when you log onto the Domain. It is therefore important that all users LOG OFF of their computers when they will be away from their machine.
