Sometimes when opening up Word attachments
in emails the file will open in up in what is called Reading Layout.
This is a view that resemble the pages of a book.
To open Word attachments up
in the Normal Layout follow the instructions below.
- Open up Microsoft Word.
- Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
(see graphic below)
- Click on the General tab and uncheck
the box next to Allow to starting in Reading Layout
and click OK. (see graphic below)
- Now when Word attachments are opened in Outlook they should
open in Normal Layout.
