The Baltimore County Public Schools’ (BCPS) Division of Business Services provides services to support teaching and learning throughout the system. The division is comprised of the departments of Fiscal Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, Physical Facilities, and Planning and Support Operations. Each department reports directly to the Deputy Superintendent and is charged with implementing the BCPS Service Model to provide services to schools and offices.
