2009-2010 Plan Year
Baltimore County Public Schools is pleased to provide this resource to assist you, our employees, with your planning and preparation for Open Enrollment this year. On this website, you will find information on: (1) what you need to do prior to enrolling, (2) a step-by-step guide on how to enroll, and (3) any 2009-2010 plan changes. We encourage you spend time closely reviewing the general information and plan changes before you enroll. By preparing for your enrollment, your experience will be fast and easy!
This is a companion website to the Employee Self-Service site. The Employee Self-Service website maintains your personal information. It is where you enroll and/or change your benefits coverage elections.
Open Enrollment gives you the annual opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections.
Open Enrollment will be held:
Wednesday, May 6, 2009 – Wednesday, June 3, 2009
Beginning on May 6th, you will be able to enroll:
- Via the Employee Self Service web site available on the employee intranet, or
- By submitting a paper enrollment form to The Office of Employee Benefits & Retirement.
Please note that you may only make changes to your elections from May 6th through June 3, 2009.
The deadline for making changes during Open Enrollment is Wednesday, June 3, 2009.
