College Board Data-Driven Results

BCPS students’ participation rates continues to increase on 2006 PSAT, SAT, and AP exams.   SAT participation rate was 56.4% while the National SAT participation rate was 48% .The AP participation rate was 10.7% of the total high school enrollment which exceeded the system’s goal of 7% .  In addition, 70.8% of the AP exams were passed, exceeding the system’s pass rate goal of 70% as outlined in Blueprint for Progress.  (See BCPS website, www.bcps.org, for more information.)
