Who may apply: Baltimore County Public Schools 12th grade students currently enrolled in an alternative program during the 2008-2009 school year who plans to enroll as a full time, degree-seeking undergraduate at an independent college or university for the 2009-2010 school year.

How to apply: Student should apply by completing the 2008-2009 Alternative Education Scholarship Application Packet.

Eligibility: Must be a graduating 12th grade student enrolled in a Baltimore County Alternative Education program.  Student must live in one of the following zip code:  Essex-21221, Chase-21027, Middle River-21220.

Award Amount: The award will be a one time $500.00 scholarship, which must be used toward the student’s college education.
