The Goulden Opportunity Scholarship
Who may apply: Baltimore County Public Schools 12th grade student currently or previously enrolled in an Alternative Education Center or Program during the 2008-2009 school year who plans to enroll full-time or part-time in a college, university or trade/technical school within the continental United States for the 2009-2010 school year.
How to apply: Student should apply by completing the 2008-2009 Alternative Education Scholarship Application Packet and the Goulden Opportunity Scholarship attachment.
Eligibility: Must be a graduating 12th grade student enrolled in a Baltimore County Public Schools Alternative Education program during the 2008-2009 school year. (You do not have to be presently enrolled.)
Award amount: The award will be a $1200 scholarship which will be awarded to one student and must be used towards the student’s college tuition and fees.
