Mission Statement

The Office of the Controller provides leadership and expertise to ensure the financial integrity of the Baltimore County Public Schools. Through the offices of Accounting, Purchasing, and Third Party Billing, we provide timely and accurate financial information, procurement, and other fiscal support services to the schools and offices. We also strive to ensure compliance with fiscal related laws, regulatory financial reporting requirements, and authoritative accounting standards.
