The Office of Research processes and analyzes
School Climate Surveys. It also offers assistance to schools in
designing and scanning these surveys. Data
must be collected on the NCS-Pearson Survey 60/W form (#95607). This
form order can be ordered by calling 1-800-367-6627
The survey must be numbered consecutively from one
through the last question, which can go as high as 60 items. Each item
has up to five choices, lettered A, B, C, D, and E. Comments may be
written on the reverse side of the bubble sheet. Questions may be
