The Maryland Teacher Technology Standards (MTTS) state that teachers can integrate technology into instruction by designing, implementing, and assessing learning experiences that incorporate the use of technology in curriculum-related instructional activities (Standard V). The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), American Association of School Librarians (AASL), and the Partnership for 21st Century Skills believe that technology can be used in nine key areas to assist with teaching and learning to meet this standard:

The BCPS Technology Research Committee is seeking teachers who would be willing to share how the use of technology is enhancing their instruction, increasing student engagement, and student achievement.
