Background:
Science and technology instruction and education take center stage for both this Secondary STEM Fair and the annual Elementary STEM Fair, which will be held in May. The fairs are the extension of school-wide science fairs held throughout the year across the county that bolster the school system's strong emphasis on science and mathematics instruction.
At the STEM fair team competitions, groups of students will vie against each other to solve problems at a series of work stations.
