Towson High to host its 27th Annual Edible Art Show

Art students compete with art made entirely from food

What: Edible Art is the Towson High School National Art Honor Society's biggest and most delicious event of the year. Students from Towson High School and the surrounding elementary and middle schools participate in an art competition with creations made entirely from food. From cake architecture to frosting drawings to dresses made of candy, all edible submissions are welcome. The theme for this year’s event is pop culture. Prizes are awarded to the most creative creations as determined by expert judges, and then everyone EATS the art. The entry fee is $2 or $1 with a canned good donation.

When: Tuesday, February 18, from 6 – 8 p.m. (Snow date is Feb. 19)

Where: Towson High School cafeteria
69 Cedar Ave., 21286
