Kenwood High School hosted its fourth annual Sports Career Panel Day for students in the Sports Science Academy. The panel was made up of more than 30 professionals in sports, health, wellness and fitness. Among the panelists were local broadcasters Keith Mills, Mike Preston, Steve Davis and Jeremy Conn.  Also participating were: the official photographer for the Baltimore Orioles, the Assistant General Manager of the Aberdeen IronBirds, college athletic directors, Division I coaches, physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletes, doctors, trainers, and BCPS staff members.

The event allowed small groups of students to talk with three different professionals about requirements for their occupations and the opportunities available in their fields.

The Sports Science Academy is a comprehensive magnet program geared toward students that have a passion for sports, health, and wellness, and are interested in pursuing a related career.
