Parkville High School students in Communication and Learning Support (CALS) and Functional Academic Learning Support (FALS) classes are participating in a pilot program called Maryland Seamless Transition Collaborative. Through participation in this program, students gain knowledge of attainable jobs in the food service industry using instructional guides based on industry standards. The Parkville High students are very excited to have the opportunity to work on job skills and have class in the foods lab.
