Pine Grove Middle School Students work with Maryland Blue Bird Society

On April 11th Pine Grove Middle Environmental Club students worked with Matt Storms from the Maryland Blue Bird Society to build Blue Bird boxes.  The boxes will be used around the school and in the surrounding community to increase the blue bird population.  Due to the increased human population and destruction of their natural habitat, Blue birds struggle to find appropriate nesting sites.  Pine Grove Middle School is proud to be officially recognized as a green school.
