What does a Chinese death certificate, a doll dressed in a sari and a brick have in common? They all can be found in the time capsules created by Golden Ring Middle School Grade 6 World Cultures students.  After researching famous people in the past, students made decorated time capsules that included letters to the future and a variety of artifacts.  Some of the individuals researched were Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, Confucius and Harriet Tubman. 

The 6th graders had a wonderful time researching.  One student responded by saying “this is my best project ever.”
