Ten principals from Pudong, China, spent Monday, October 17, at Sudbrook Magnet Middle School observing the instructional program and learning more about Baltimore County Public Schools. The visit was coordinated by the Pudong Educational Bureau in partnership with Towson University.
The principals toured the school's world languages, visual arts, environmental/earth and space science, and performing arts magnet programs. With Sudbrook students as their personal guides, the guests attended classroom lessons, toured science labs and art studios, and observed musical, vocal, and stage performances. In addition, the principals interviewed Sudbrook Principal Sharon Robbins and a number of teachers and enjoyed lunch at the school’s Eagle’s Nest Café.
