Students from Sollers Point Technical High School visited Logan Elementary School’s Kindergarten and grade 1 classes on Wednesday, November 24.  During their time together, the Sollers Point students read to the Logan students and led them in a craft project.

The Sollers Point students, all members of the school’s Future Educators’ Association (FEA), planned and taught the Thanksgiving-themed lesson.

The FEA is an extracurricular offering for Baltimore County students in middle and high school who have an interest in pursing a career in education.  In addition to providing students opportunities to engage in lesson planning, tutoring, and mentoring, FEA students shadow teachers and can reflect with educators on the most critical issues in teaching and learning.  spotlight
