Office of the Superintendent

The Office of the Superintendent provides leadership and support to schools.  This office is comprised of the Superintendent's Cabinet and Assistant Superintendents of Schools. In addition, the Office of Communications and Community Outreach, the Law Office, and the Department of Research, Accountability, and Assessment provide support for the strategic initiatives of Blueprint 2.0. 

Division of Curriculum and Instruction

The Division of Curriculum and Instruction provides vision, leadership, and expertise in the development of curricular and instructional initiatives in order to ensure a world-class education for every student. Leaders in this division are experts in curriculum design and implementation, research-based methodology, blended learning and content areas resulting in rigorous, responsive, relevant, and accessible curriculum for all students.

Department of Human Resources

The Department of Human Resources attracts, develops, supports, and evaluates employees, maximizing personal and organizational performance and facilitates a diverse workforce committed to creating a culture of deliberate excellence. The department is comprised of the following offices: Human Resources Operations, Organizational Development, Staff Relations and Employee Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition. 

Division of Business Services

The Division of Business Services provides services to support teaching and learning throughout the system. The division is comprised of the Departments of Fiscal Services, School Safety and Security, Information Technology, Physical Facilities,  Office of Food and Nutrition Services, and the Office of Transportation. Leaders in this division are committed to implementing the strategic initiatives of Blueprint 2.0 and in using the customer service model to provide effective and efficient services.
