How
to Get Involved!
Over the past 12 years, thousands of students throughout
Baltimore County and Maryland have participated in Kids
Helping Hopkins, a special values-education program
that nurtures compassion, sharing and respect for children
in need. You and your children are very much needed to help
continue our journey. Through Kids Helping Hopkins,
students and adults have given of themselves in a myriad
of ways by organizing fun-filled activities at their schools
to help the young patients at the Johns Hopkins Children's
Center. They have learned that caring and service to others
are precious gifts that benefit everyone involved.
How can you get involved?
Kids Helping Hopkins hosts an annual Kick-Off/Thank You
Celebration in October of each year. During our celebration,
you and your student "group" will enjoy refreshments
and have an opportunity to hear about the impact of their
school's participation in Kids Helping Hopkins.
How to get more information?
Complete the Information Request Form
found on this web site.
Why should you and your students get involved?
This is an opportunity for you and your students
to share your hearts by touching the lives of countless
young patients and their families. Please share this important
information with any teacher, counselor, SGA, advisor, peer
helper advisor, school nurse, administrator, or other school
staff members who might be interested in helping your school
get involved.
