The contribution of time, talent, and treasure by citizens across America in support of public education makes our schools strong centers for learning and for community activity. The Baltimore County Public Schools Education Foundation was formed in 1992 to attract and direct public financial contributions to programs and activities of the school system in support of quality education for all children.
Since that time, parents, alumni, retirees, community members, and businesses are among the groups choosing to contribute in support of their local public schools. Contributions to the foundation may be donor designated for specific projects or programs or they may be offered for more general systemic support.
