Hello,
Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Joy Ruter'Casserly and I am a fourth grade, Language Arts teacher, at Deep Creek Elementary. I am currently teaching the Gifted and Talented Reading Program, as well as, on level reading and writing. I have been working in Baltimore County for three years. There are also activities students can do along with the stories that they are reading.
