Earnest E. Hines, a business owner, has more than 30 years experience as an insurance company manager and executive with Allstate, USF&G, St. Paul, and Skyline. He is president and CEO of Diversity Management Group, Inc., a consulting company, and co-owner of Skyline Tours, a travel referral company. He has held appointments to the Greater Baltimore Economic Alliance and has been affiliated with the UMBC Research Park, Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum, and Baltimore Symphony Orchestra Finance Committee. He is married and the father of three daughters and a son.
