Mr. Hayden is an attorney and
a partner in the firm of Whiteford, Taylor,
and Preston and a member of the American, Maryland,
and Baltimore County Bar Associations. He received
his Jurist Doctorate from State University of
New York at Buffalo Law School. The married
father of three children, Mr. Hayden is involved
in the community, serving as President of the
Baltimore County Public Schools Education Foundation
and a member of the Board of the Towson University
Foundation and the Catonsville Community College
Foundation. He is a graduate of Leadership -
Baltimore County and serves on the Baltimore
County Chamber of Commerce Education Committee
as Treasurer of the Maryland Association of
Board of Education and as Chairman of the Maryland
Association of Boards of Education Legal Services
Association.
