At its November 6, 2001, meeting, the Baltimore County Board of Education approved and presented a resolution proclaiming November 14, 2001, as Educational Support Personnel Day in Baltimore County's schools. On hand to receive the resolution from Board President Donald Arnold (center) were Gloria Collins (left), vice president of the Baltimore County Association of Clerical Employees (BACE), and Marcella Kehr (right), president of BACE."
