Special Recognition

At the meeting of the Baltimore County Board of Education on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2003, two Board members were presented with their official Commissions from Gov. Robert Ehrlich. Both member Joy Shillman and student member Francesca Cirincione were recognized and presented with their Governor's Commissions by Board President James Sasiadek.
