Baltimore County's Board of Education recognized and thanked Board member Phyllis Ettinger (left) at its most recent monthly business meeting on July 10th. Ms. Ettinger, here pictured with re-elected Board President Don Arnold, was honored by the Board for her service as the Board's vice president. Declining to run for re-election this year, Ms. Ettinger received a bouquet and a plaque of appreciation from the Board
