The Board of Education of Baltimore County held their yearly election of officers on Tuesday, July 13. The Board unanimously voted James R. Sasiadek as President and Thomas G. Grzymski as Vice President.
This will mark Sasiadek’s second year as president of the Board. Previously serving two terms as vice president, Sasiadek represents the Third Council District in Baltimore County. Sasiadek is principal of Thomas Johnson Elementary School in the Baltimore City Public Schools system.
Grzymski, a deputy associate commissioner with the Social Security Administration (SSA) replaced Janese Murray as vice president of the Board. This is Grzymski first term as an officer, representing the Seventh Council District in the County.
The term for both positions is one year.
