Student Board member Sarah Bormel was honored by her fellow members of the Board of Education of Baltimore County during the Board's May 27th meeting.
Ms. Bormel, who will graduate from the Carver Center for the Arts & Technology on June 2, is ending her yearlong term as a student Board member. She was recognized by the Board and Board President Don Arnold with a formal plaque, gift, and flowers for her work on the Board.
She
thanked the Board, Superintendent Dr. Joe Hairston,
and the staff and audience in attendance for
her successful term as a Board member.
