Baltimore County's Board of Education and Schools Superintendent Dr. Joe A. Hairston recognized during the Board's Feb. 26 meeting a new program aimed at attracting new teachers by offering interest-free loans for up to $2,000. The program is being offered by BCPS partner First Financial Federal Credit Union.
