These high schools are: Catonsville, Dulaney, Eastern Technical, Franklin, George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology, Hereford, Loch Raven, Owings Mills, Pikesville, and Towson.

Thea Jones, supervisor of instructional technology, receives a resolution from Board President JoAnn C. Murphy, in honor of being named 2008 Outstanding Leader by the International Society for Technology in Education. With this award, Baltimore County Public Schools became the only school district to have received two of these international honors. (Dr. Hairston received the same award in 2005.)
